You know what I really hate? Cashiers who give me the paper money first and then pile the change on top of it. I’m like, OK what am I supposed to do with this? It’s so inconvenient!

Back in the day when cashiers were taught the old method of making change they counted out the small coins first.

That’s how it’s done in the Czech Republic - I went shopping earlier today, and they hand you back the coins first, then the bills.
