Well, we would just have to go back to the class action suits, then. That taught many companies they couldn’t get away with such crap when the statistics proved those cases. I worked on some of those back in the early 70s, compiling statistics and they were always devastating to the company’s line of “We don’t discriminate”.

They’ll wait a few years and allow Congress to pass/remove laws making them record that information. Once that dries up there will be no easy statistics to gather and it will just be “he said/he said” with Fox News winning.
