Actually that’s already the second logical fallacy in response to a simple statement of fact. The first was ad hominem. This one is guilt by association.

If you talk the same and if you act the same as those who are known to be enemies, then it is a matter if survival that you are treated the same.

All you are known by is by what you say and do. To forget that is a fallacy itself.
