2. Can’t believe these lawyers would still be doing any of this pro bono—if they are, they’re bigger fools than upchuck.

I looked up his lawyer. He’s a personal injury and workers comp attorney. Now, while I’m sure he’s the man to got to for a slip and fall at the local grocery, I think an appeal to the Missouri Supreme court might be a bit out of his league.
