They will absolutely. States will start applying criminal penalties to women to keep them from getting abortions. I expect some red state will pass a law declaring a fetus a person from the moment of conception, and make it a felony to traffic an unborn person across state lines for the purpose of terminating its life. They will issue warrants for abortion doctors in blue states, and those doctors will have to be very careful about where they travel in the United States. Bounty hunters will stalk them, looking for an opportunity to arrest them if they travel to a state they could be extradited from. They could face capital murder charges, as could anyone who assists a woman in obtaining an abortion. Pregnant children will be taken from their parents to make sure that their rapists’ baby is carried to term. Women will die because doctors will be afraid to provide them medical care.
