There are a few Democratic Senators like Manchin and Sinema that I have very limited trust that they’d do the right thing.

So far Manchin has been a reliable vote while Biden has confirmed a record number of judges who are also the most diverse group of federal judges ever. But Sotomayor could make her retirement conditional on a successor nominated by President Biden being confirmed.
