In Florida, it’s called entrapment.

The cop told me he pulled me over for weaving. I explained, not at all politely, that I couldn’t have been swerving since I didn’t make it an entire vehicle length out of the lot before he pulled me over. When he asked me “how much have you been drinking tonight” I told him it was none of his fucking business and it went downhill from there.
