When my daughter was about 8 or 9, we were going somewhere, she was in the backseat, and I had my window open.

Suddenly, I hear, “Please, shut the damn window!” from the backseat!

I had to laugh. I know exactly where she got it. I don’t think I ever referred to a window without saying “damn” in front of it.
