Question for you Lizards. (droning on) Once an Individual leaves the borders of the U.S and its’ Territories, Do they still have Constitutional Rights as guaranteed by our Constitution? Or are they subject to the Laws of the Nation that they are going to?

It is a simple yes or no question.

I say they don’t. Constitutional protection ends at our borders regardless of your Nationality. You have them while you are here. You lose them when you leave. End or story.

Now if some scumbag we want captured/killed is here in the U.S. well, yes, a drone strike/assassination is against the the Law.

On the other hand, if (s)he is in another Country that gives us either blatant/tactic approval to use lethal force to take em out, how is that violating their Constitutional rights?
