The fact that Trump keeps trashing Judge Curiel and talking about the fraud case against him tells me he seems to think that if he keeps doing what he’s doing, the public pressure will cause Judge Curiel to recuse himself and the case will end. Is he so unaware of how the U.S. justice system operates that he thinks Judge Curiel wouldn’t be replaced and the case wouldn’t proceed? If Judge Curiel were to recuse himself and be replaced with another judge, Trump would proceed to trash him/her, too because it’s what he does. By continuing to talk about the case, Trump is only making more American voters aware of it, and I hope they’re doing a bit of research into it and getting a bad taste in their mouths as they discover that Trump is a self-serving, greedy, racist, loud-mouthed, unethical, money-grubbing tool.
