I would prefer not to have the Holy War that would erupt here in the USA between the various religious sects if they were to get their hands on that kind of power. I mean, the fanatical Catholics think everyone else is wrong, the Evangelicals generally think Catholics and Mormons are going to hell, and Mormons, well, they send missionaries EVERYWHERE. Do you think these (or any other religious combination) would be willing to share power? Hell no. It would be the Thirty Years War but here in the USA.

You will see sect turn on sect like a bunch of newly hatched preying mantises! They’re going to go to Holy War with each other. I’ve predicted all along that the Religious Right is going to turn on itself and Catholics, Evangelicals and Mormons will be locked in mortal combat.
