I strongly suspect the meltdown will begin in late October, when the polls haven’t tightened or even grown further apart, such that even “unskewing” makes it impossible to hide the oncoming storm. They’re gonna lose their fucking minds when the realization hits them that Trump is crashing in a way that makes the Hindenberg look understated.

Heh…..the Trumpenberg. The Trumptanic. Yeah, once it becomes glaringly obvious that Trump’s candidacy is going down in flames, and possibly taking the GOP’s control of the Senate (and with any luck, the House) down with it, they’re going to go out of their minds.

When they can’t “unskew” the polling data anymore, that’s when the realization that they’re well and truly fucked will set in; I agree that will probably start happening around mid to late October.
