Our democracy needs a major overhaul, which is unlikely to happen until after we have a major crisis. The House should be expanded, D.C. should be granted statehood, and Puerto Rico as well (if it wants it), we should have multi-member districts to make gerrymandering moot, voting should be made as easy as possible, and SCOTUS thoroughly reformed.
