If you notice the timeline for the much awaited “recovery has been ever changing.

I’ve also notice we’ve been hearing some variation on “the worst is behind us!” for about a half year now.

Not that I don’t want it to be true, but… there seems to be an odd lack of skepticism on the part of the usual financial reporters as to how long the “end of the beginning” is supposed to last.
