Sarah Palin's North Korea Gaffe: A Mistake?

“Despite what over a century of indoctrination would have us believe, the War for Southern Independence was never primarily about slavery; it was about resisting ruinous taxation and enemy invasion”

so the Altercation between the Former British Colonies and Other Former French and Spanish Territories (or whatever you want to call the conflict that took place in North America from 1961-65) was not entirely about slavery, there were other issues at stake.

But to try to blend slavery out of the picture is like saying that National Socialism had nothing to do with the causes of WWII.
