No, that’s not at all what I said. In the least. I’m not sure how you created it out of what I said.

This rally, on the fringe, has both ‘right’ and ‘left’ people. But you’ve been asserting that when the extremists ‘run the agenda’ nothing comes of it. I’m pointing out that the actual path to 4th amendment problems exists, it’s the Supreme Court, and with the appointment of Sotomayor and Kagan we’ve made great strides towards changing the long history of more and more permissive 4th amendment law.
