I was a child, but I remember watching, on b&w TV, in the 1960’s various official funeral processions.

Hoover, Truman, and Eisenhower all died after JFK, so like in a 9 year span there were 4 Presidents who died and lots of attendant mini-history lessons around.

One of my earliest memories as a kid was being upset that I could not watch Rocky and Bullwinkle because the Kennedy funeral was on all the channels.
