I fell in love with San Francisco via The Maltese Falcon, Bullitt, Dirty Harry, and The Streets of San Francisco. When I was a kid, I always wanted to live and work there. Today, I wouldn’t set foot in the place. And I need brain bleach just thinking about what it’s degenerated into.

The thing is, the more bizarre it gets, the more “enlightened” those responsible imagine themselves to be. Eventually, I expect it all to look like that old British movie, The Bed-Sitting Room. Or maybe Whoops, Apocalypse.

/Not that I’ll care. I’ll just be glad I’m “stuck” here in unenlightened Ohio.

Now you’re making me feel guilty! It’s not as bad as all that. The treason and Jew-hate and window-ejaculations are only part of the story. Most of the time, it’s a perfectly nice place!
