I don’t see any such question on the ACS form. There is one that asks if his house HAS a flushing toilet, but it asks nothing about his particular flushing habits. It seems to me to be mostly concerned with energy use and economic status. The only demographics section looks to be for the future allocation of funds for rural or impoverished communities, the handicapped, and disabled.
Of course it may also be used for when Obama decides to round up all the “undesirables” who don’t conform to his bermensch ideal. [/tinfoil]
