Can someone ask a creationist how they account for antibiotic-resistant bacteria? Evolutionary theory predicts that such a thing would happen. Where in the creationist “theory” (I hate abusing the word “theory” like that) does it say that bacteria could adapt to antibiotics?

That’s microevolution, which obviously happens. You’re talking about MACROevolution, which is totally different and disproven by the Bible and stuff.
