Saw my doc. Gave me a prescription. Went to the hospital. Got an Xray (didn’t show anything). Will probably get an emergency MRI next week if it continues. Fucking hurts. And I’m not one of those “My arm hurts so I’ll stay home and do jack shit today” people…and my dogs will back me up. I bought new frisbees for the beach after the doc’s and then didn’t feel good enough to give the boys an hour of play time…if I miss tomorrow morning (Friday beach ritual) I’ll be pissed.

Can you throw a Frisbee lefty? Might be an overuse issue. Although once a week doesn’t sound like overuse.
