I got home from my gig last night and did a quick scan of Facebook, and saw this in reference to the charges filed against the BPD officers by Mosby.

I just heard that the state attorney slipped up. She was not supposed to release actual charges in detail. She was only supposed to announce that they would be charged. Meaning high probability that she will have to step aside. Charges will stay. ….inexperience may have caused this mistake

Apparently this was discussed by legal ‘experts’ on CNN.

Is this for real? Wishful thinking on someone’s part? Or total bullshit?
