The stuff he did file was after several extensions. And he’s getting still more time to try and get his filings straightened out. This judge has quite a bit of patience for this amount of incompetence.

Chucky will declare his victory, because he got the court to allow him to refile after his last filings/motions were denied. Let’s see if his lawyer can follow the rules this time.

I think the judge is wondering the same. This is a test.
