I was just commenting to Mrs. Fish how bizarre it is that here in the wild north country, cases are decreasing despite us reopening. She pointed out that we took early and decisive action in spite of the federal government, told Donald J. Trump to go fuck himself repeatedly, and also, Minnesotans are by their nature lovers of outdoor spaces - which seems to have a large impact on the spread of the virus.
