My dinner is the remains of yesterday’s ‘experiment’. I am not a fan of canned chicken. But bought an 8 pack from Costco for grins, a while ago. So, I am trying various combinations to see what might work.

This one is a packet Knorr’s chicken pasta, a can of peas and carrots, and a can of chicken. Not fine dining, but also not terrible. I really should have used two Knorr’s packets, though. I did add a salad to ensure that at least something I was eating had clearly been alive at some point.

I use the Knorr Fettuccine Alfreda and a boneless chicken breast cut into strips and fried for a quick and dirty Chicken Alfredo.
