USA Today sub-outlet pushes creationism as “news” story in their “Life” section:

Dinosaurs, the Bible and a Glendive museum

USA Today was never an outlet for good jounalism, and their parent corporation now has all these online news sites servicing communities around the county. But they only stay in business if they don’t drive people away, and it seems only the older folk pay much attention to these local for-pay outlets. And with this comes the throwback views of the world.

I have a modest proposal for Texas secessionists. If they do somehow achieve their independence, they can give their desired social development a huge boost by trading all their writers, artists, scientists, aerospace engineers and other undesirables for everyone else’s creationists and nutbar fundies in general. It can’t be one for one, obviously, since there are so many kooks in the rest of the country, but I think I should be worth a couple of junior pastors and a health supplement sales manager at least.
