I really do think dementia might be a real thing here. It may be why Trump went from being an arrogant douchebag to a holy shit this guy is one of the worst douchebag.

I also agree on the dementia angle. That would also be a contributing factor as to why the obvious step of invoking Article 25 isn’t happening. trump has surrounded himself with sociopaths who want to use an addled trump for their own ends.
