The mistake everyone in the 2016 Republican primary, as well as Clinton, made in the debates was treating Trump like he was acting in good faith. And more often than not, they let him bully them into agreeing with him (see the entire Republican Party on everything and Clinton on TPP).

I think Biden’s remarks about Trump since his nomination show that he’s not going to do that.

Joe knows what he’s dealing with here. But I really don’t think Trump does.
