No, not at all. Its not racist to get your shoes shined by a black man. To photoshop a black man giving a shoeshine to Sarah Palin as that woman did is racist, however. It plays to stereotypes and it also implied Obama’s inferiority to Palin.

I got that email from at LEAST 6 people. The 73 y/o woman was just forwarding more internet junk around. Lots of people forward, forward, forward. Don’t you get any of those?
