I cannot support a bill that doesn’t have the funding mechanism attached. I’m sorry. That’s waving your hand and pretending the tooth fairy will cover it. Be fucking honest about how you’re going to raise the money if you want my vote. I’m willing to consider new taxes, but not fairy dust.

On youor side here just a small rant-Existing spending covers half by their measure. So everyone who pays now somehow doubles up or we find twice as many people to pay in. Or some gradient between. The elephant is the ridiculous inflation in the medical system. Las Vegas wants their margin back.
