Agreed, it isn’t fair, but they know it isn’t fair and should be prepared to have something tangible. When in public, they have to be twice as good as the democrats. If they are not aware of this, then they are all truly doomed.

Having some numbers for the broad categories based on historical precedents and estimated current needs could have been done in a relatively short time over the last few months. Estimating summary budgets isn’t difficult. They have had the resources and time to have an outline for a reasonable plan, including estimates for what is needed to get the ship going in the right direction. They either have a plan and won’t share the details, or they don’t have a plan with details. Either way, they failed, we pay.
