Is this a test or a pledge? After reading the “Pledge”, it appears to be a litmus test or score card of a candidates beliefs in order to receive endorsement of the family league. Seems to be in conflict with Clause 3, Article VI of the Constitution:

Article VI

Clause 3: The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States. (emphasis added)

I’m positive that if G*D were to grant a miracle and this bunch of religious bigots were ever elected to a majority, this section of the Constitution would be trashed very quickly.
