We were fed so many images of Far-Left Berkeley MoonbatsTM holding “Death to Israel” signs while holding Soviet flags to think they were everywhere and he/she/it was doing a service by exposing them and to overlook the seedier side of what was going on. It’s a shame, but for a lot of us at the time it was true.

IOW, we got played by people with an agenda.

People who have turned out to be not so nice.
