That’s what used to be required: either a “Certificate of Live Birth” or the opposite (I’m blanking on what a “Certificate of Dead Birth” was called). The Birfers seem to think that’s nothing and those ceremonial hospital-issued “Birth Certificates” are the real deal. Idiots.
