I have a high school education and I could devise a test for someone darting out in front of a car. How come all the libertarian genius sexual harassers at Uber couldn’t? I could also imagine that would need to be a thing to be tested. How come they couldn’t?

From a legal standpoint it will be an interesting case. From the victim’s standpoint, she’s still dead.

I’m really curious: Why do you think those haven’t been tested?
