Hamas sees controversy and flies to it like moths to a flame. It doesn’t matter that the mosque is being built by Sufis, who wouldn’t stand much of a chance with the Hamas thugs (they’d be considered apostates too). They just figure to make an even bigger muddled mess than there is now - and that’s despite the fact that the local community already approved its site and plan for community center and mosque.
