There are also a lot of community health centers that are looking foe social workers as well for case management and adding a wholistic approach to primary care for adults and children. The FQHC I work for has added Medicaid case management, talk therapy and group health care visits for smoking cessation, obesity, diabetes and depression. It’s been really good for a lot of our patients.
