I don’t know if Nap has actually read the most recent court decision, but I have, and the ruling by the court was pretty clear: Bundy had 45 days to get his cattle off federal land, after which the BLM was empowered to seize and impound any trespassing cattle. That ruling came in August of last year, so the BLM actually gave Bundy well over 45 days to get his ass in gear. He continued to thumb his nose at them, so we got what we saw last week.

Napolitano was a lawyer…right? On what grounds would a state court hear action which occurred on federal property involving a federal agency as it relates to federal law?
