That about sums it up. There’s question about how the separatists acquired the Buk (was given it by Russia from Russian inventory, given it by Russia from Ukrainian inventory captured in Crimea, or had captured it directly from Ukraine), and whether Putin’s going to keep letting these idiots hide under his skirts. Also complicating things is that Strelkov is Russian probably-ex-GRU, and not a local.
