I’m going to put this out there - but extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof, and this reeks of confirmation bias:

If this is true - and that’s a Russia-sized if - then criminal charges should be forthcoming to a multitude of people in and out of government.

But I think this requires proof that is not yet publicly known. This is still the realm of supposition and rumor.
