This award would be open only to non-right-wing outlets to highlight the bad behavior of one of those. The right-wing outlets would have a different series of awards:

1. The OUTRAGE OUTRAGE!!1 Award.

2. The Benghazi Boogaloo Award.

3. The Unhinged Attack of the ACA Award.

And lastly:

4. The Inciting Racial Panic Award.

Feel free to suggest your own ‘Awards’.
