West said Zimmerman had recently moved out of Florida was in town for Mother’s Day. He was on his way to a doctor’s appointment before the alleged shooting.

“George was driving down the road on Lake Mary Boulevard. This guy was sort of following him and flashing lights and such. (Zimmerman) decided to get away from him, decided to make a U-turn. And this guy made a U-turn right behind him and then pulled up alongside him and shot at him,” West said.

LOL, does Zimmerman’s lawyer’s story even pass the smell test? If Zimmerman moved out of Florida and was just back in town for Mother’s Day how in the fuck would Apperson know where and when to find him? Apperson OTOH sill lives there and Zimmerman has been documented following him before.

Apperson told a 911 dispatcher Tuesday morning that he was driving his Honda Accord on Lake Mary Boulevard, made a U-turn and headed west-bound when a Honda Ridgeline truck pulled alongside and someone inside rolled down his window.

“George Zimmerman was the driver, and they were threatening to kick my ___ and to shoot me,” Apperson told the dispatcher.

Apperson said he pulled into a Circle K to find a phone so he could call for help when the Ridgeline made a maneuver to block him and “almost hit my car.”

Zimmerman “said he was going to shoot me dead,” Apperson told the dispatcher.

According to a police report, a store surveillance video showed that as Apperson was walking into the store, the Ridgeline left.

So Zimmerman didn’t just exchange words with Apperson during the first road rage incident, he was documented following him to the Circle K, tried to block Apperson from going in and then left as he was walking into the store. Also Zimmerman used the “I’m on my way to a doctor’s appointment” excuse before back in September, two days after the first incident, when police found him apparently following Apperson around.

Two days later, Apperson called Lake Mary police again to report that he believed Zimmerman had followed him and was watching his movements.

Police investigated, found Zimmerman in his Ridgeline nearby, pulled him over and questioned him. He told them he had a doctor’s appointment in a nearby building.

Interesting how Zimmerman always seems to be on his way to a doctor’s appointment when he gets in trouble following Apperson. Hopefully the police will charge Zimmerman with felony stalking and menacing.
