Texas man took a camera with him to document his Stand Your Ground confrontation. This is a local news show showing the video followed by a short analysis of whether he was in the right. He shot three people, one of whom died. He’s now using the video he shot to justify his action.

Doesn’t making a video tape of you shooting a person, with a camera you brought along specifically to document the shooting, indicate a certain degree of premeditation leading up to the shooting?
