F-22 production has already ended, Lawhawk, and the plane is now doing well actually. And not the F-35, either, since its new EW systems are going to let us infiltrate our enemies cyber-systems.

Instead, the monies President Obama requested that exceed sequestration are going to be put in the Overseas Contingency Operations supplemental budget, which is not subject to sequestration.

This is of course bullshit Congressional math and it proves Congress isn’t really serious about cutting the budget. But Congress has never really been serious about cutting the budget, so what else is new?
