Phone rings. My wife is asleep. I answer. Hello?

My wife is awake now, and trying to do damage control on-line. She is not mad at me though, because we get all sorts of crank calls, telemarketers, &c. (Blank) is lucky I picked up the phone at all, not recognising the number.

I don’t have a land line, but I do have a rule for people calling me: if you’re not important enough for your name and number to be in my contacts, you’re not important enough for me to answer, please leave a message.
