You can have a pretty big mortgage if you bought a large farm.

It’d have be a good sized ranch, maybe over 500 acres (almost a mile square.)

But why would a CTO and a model choose to live on a such a ranch when they obviously couldn’t work it.

I think the “mortgage” line is just cover for a lot of other things than principal residence.

Maybe a mortgage on a yacht, plus a timeshare…
