Massachusetts has mail-in now. But using TD Garden is an excellent idea. I wonder about one thing, though: Many NBA teams own their arenas, but the Celtics don’t. The Bruins (the hockey team) owned TD Garden and the old Boston Garden before it. I hope they come to an agreement to make it available. Even if it were only open on Election Day it would be a boon for all of Boston’s residents.
