They filed them in the wrong court because they knew they’d get bounced. He doesn’t have anywhere near enough money to go toe-to-toe with Twitter and is scared shitless of what might turn up in discovery. But filing cases he knows will never go anywhere makes for great fundraising fodder, so he’s willing to pay the filing fees again and again.
