Sebelius says on MSNBC that Catholic Church funded the text message lying to Kansas voters about how to vote in Kansas referendum

Here is a thread from @KansasEthics explaining that there is no law in Kansas that specifies a disclaimer must be used in text message advocacy, so the anon sender of the mass pre-election text telling people to vote the wrong way, might be in the clear. pic.twitter.com/aRADuD9WJh
