I don’t see how Chuck avoids court on this one. Even if he rolls on his source, he’ll have to provide evidence and testimony.

But I think he’ll be successful in getting a better lawyer, either from the far-right or far-left. I noticed the repeated use of the term “abortionists” in his latest beg-fest (after saying he didn’t really care about the issue), so I think he’s gunning for the far-right now. His previous pleas to turn this into a First Amendment issue have failed.
